Join the journey to understanding,
restoring and optimising your pelvic health.

Physiotherapist led classes providing you with the support you deserve.

Bloom in health, Bloom in confidence.

About me

Hi! I'm Jessie and I graduated in 2015 with First Class Honours in BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy from Keele University. After completing my junior rotations, I went on to specialise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, then in Pelvic Health. I continue to work part-time in the NHS as well as designing and delivering these amazing classes.

I am a mum to two beautiful girls but both my pregnancies were challenging. This is a key factor in why I am so passionate about my work. I like to run, socialise with friends and embarrass my children with amateur musical theatre performances around the kitchen island!

I want to contribute to a world where we normalise pelvic health conversation, educate our children and provide personalised support and guidance to help everyone who needs it.

I can't wait to come on this journey with you!

What makes Bloom classes different?

Bloom classes combine Pilates, strength & conditioning principles as well as skills and knowledge of the specialist physio to optimise, promote and restore pelvic health.

Physio-led

Our classes are run by a specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist with knowledge and skills to manage not only your pelvic issues but also your other aches and pains in mind.

Combines Pilates and physio skills

Whilst our classes use modified Pilates principles as the core structure we also elevate our classes using other techniques within our physiotherapy skillset to maximise your rehab.

Small group sizes

Our Intro courses are limited to only 8 in our post-natal, and max 12 for all other other classes. The next block is always offered to our current class clients first so no fighting to book or waiting on weekly waitlists

Bloom
Post-Natal

Our Bloom Post-natal classes are perfect for mums who want that additional support getting back into exercise with a specialist who understands your pregnancy, birth experience and any new issues you may be struggling with since. Babies are welcome in class up to crawlers.

Bloom Beginners

Our Bloom Beginners is designed to teach you all the core foundations needed to look after your pelvic health while developing good whole body strength. Whether you are suffering with pelvic floor dysfunction symptoms such as urinary leakage or prolapse or just want to learn more about how to look after and protect your pelvic health for the future then this class is for you. No exercise experience necessary!

Bloom Elevate

Bloom elevate is for those who have taken part in our Bloom beginners, Bloom post-natal or have previous exercise or Pilates experience. It aims to build on core skills you already have, adding complexity to movement and bringing in more use of small equipment too.
